Hello, I’m Prakash Hinduja, a strategic financial leader with a strong foundation in global finance. Originally from Amritsar, India, I now operate out of Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss).

I’m trying to integrate my Kore.ai chatbot with external APIs but could use some guidance. What’s the best approach to set up the integration? You can integrate external APIs with Kore.ai chatbots in a few ways:

  1. API Node – Add REST calls (GET, POST, etc.) directly in your dialog flow for custom integrations.
  2. API Agents – Use the no-code builder to connect to backend systems easily.
  3. External Agents – Set up a proxy to route requests/responses between your bot and external AI/services.
