We are using the KoreXO platform with our own widget via the API. How can a bot be triggered to open a different webpage while the connection with the bot remains.
For clarity, I mean webpages within the same domain. So the bot is deployed on www,kore.com and based on the conversation the user should see the information on AI-Optimized Customer and Employee Experiences - Kore.ai. I am interested to learn how that can be achieved within the same browser tab, without losing the connection with the bot.
