Im expecting to override interruptions for one agent transfer scenario which it has to transfer to new bot. We are using interruptions settings as “hold and resume” for all agent transfer scenarios to work. For this one scenario where it has to transfer to new bot these interruptions are not working, instead "discard current task and switch to new task " interruptions setting able to transfer to new bot from agent transfer scenario. So, please suggest a method to override interruptions from “hold and resume” to "discard the current task and switch to new task. "
