Can you please share a message template to open a webpage inside the chat window on clicking a button or URL.

Ideally, displaying a complete webpage inside the chat window will not be very good user experience.
However, if you would like to proceed with your requirement.
There is no direct provision to do that.
You will need to create a custom template with Iframe in it and display the webpage in the iframe.
