Not detetcting the language due to welcome task configured in on connect

Hi ,
I have configured a welcome task onConnect which says How I can help you. And I have also configured my Bot for German with all the task, entity enabled in german.In Language I have done the setting for “Per Session”.When I am loading the Bot It is showing the welcome message in english bcz english is my default language.So after this message when I am typing in german it is not responding me in german
Please let me know the issue.
