Not able to modify the response using custom processor in Alert task

We are using v7.2 and by using custom post processor we are not able to modify the response in Alert Task.

Could you please check on this.

Support for 7.2 version is discontinued, we recommend you try the feature in the latest version and let us know if the issue is still observed.
