I was trying to view “Analyze”. I could not see any data here: no data on Overview, no data on Conversations Dashboard, no data on Users Dashboard and so on. But I did see data on NLP Insights. My bot is published on channel Kore Messenger. Did I miss anything in configuration? Please help
@davidzhang , Please check the configuration of the dashboards individually first if not done - as per the need. Post that you will find relevant data on Overview.
Also check for the duration - for which data is being looked for.
Please share the screenshot - wherever possible to put in. Thanks.
@davidzhang have you been conversing with the bot on the channel you have published? If not, this is expected. You may enable and publish other channels like kore web/mobile channel and quickly check.
This method of conversing with the bot in channel is handy for quick testing purposes.
