Hello Users,
This is an important note for you.
- The NLP V2 is being deprecated and it will be replaced with NLP V3
- An email from the XO Platform will be sent out to all the SaaS users of all the regions after 10.1.8 is released (tentative 5th August)
- You are probably already seeing a deprecation notice in the Advanced NLP settings
- Post 10.1.10 (tentative 2 September), you will not be able to train the bot or publish the bot with NLP V2.
- You will also not be able to downgrade to NLP V2.
- Post 10.2.0 (tentative mid-September 2023)
- Support for NLP V2 will be stopped.
- All the existing bots will be auto-migrated to NLP V3. Both in-development and published versions will be auto-migrated to NLP V3.

Your action items -
- We strongly recommend that you upgrade to NLP V3 now.
- Report any issue you face with NLP V3 on the support portal https://support.kore.ai
