NLP Insights (Intent Found) Session Tags

I navigated to the Analyze >> NLP INSIGHTS tab of the bot builder and exported the csv file for “Intent Found”. In the csv file is a column called “SESSIONTAGS” that contains a string of tags associated with each bot interaction. In that string is a section that reads: “CTN_NUMBER”:"XXXXXXXX ". The CTN_NUMBER is an 8 digit string of numbers followed by two blank spaces. I would like to know what this CTN represents.

@kevin.maciasmatsuura This looks more like something specific to your organization or business requirement. Please reach out to your bot developer or the business team. This really does not look like XO Platform related. So I cannot really say what a CTN number is for your bot’s perspective.
