Yes, the platform will definitely integrate with NICE CXOne. Here is the documentation that describes voice integration: NICE MAX - Kore ai Docs
From experience (very painful experience), be sure you have the prerequisites covered…specifically the agent assist hub! It’s a licensed feature on the NICE side and it’s not cheap.
Also, be aware that the legacy NICE desktop is “My Agent Experience” a.k.a. NICE MAX. The newer version is called NICE “Agent”. The naming is confusing, so be sure you know which version you’re using. The Kore integration to MAX is fully tested, but Agent integration (a browser based version) is still a work in progress.
