I’m trying to create a decently formatted email message as part of a human task in process apps. I’m trying to use line breaks but \n does not do anything.
Were you able to solve this issue? We are experiencing the same issue when sending emails to Outlook. it is stripping off line breaks.
I was told the email feature was not further developed by KoreAI. I guess we should lobby for it because we really need this feature, line breaks is a basic.
I have documented several instances where “\n” does not provide a line return (new line) as expected. I noted that in some circumstances a double backslash “\\n” does work. I can’t promise it will work for you, but give it a try.
