I have created a dialog task with agent transfer in the XO platform and created an experiences flow in smart assist but it is working in the experiences test flow, When I use this Web/Mobile Client Channel, it is not working.

Also, please confirm if the experience flow has been published before testing it in web/mobile client(share us the screenshot of the chat from the channel).
please help us with the difference in bot responses when you are testing using the test chat option and in web/mobile client.
I have used Talk to bot or web/mobile client and am not getting response.
When I am using Test flow, I am connecting to agent.
