Lately I’ve been researching how to connect multiple bots to a single Contact Center AI. At the company I work for, there are different business areas, such as airport, hotels and resorts, customer service, etc. Currently, we have a customer service bot with its own knowledge base, but we want to create more bots with their own knowledge bases so we don’t have to rely on a single Search AI knowledge base with all the data. I’ve had issues with the large volume of data in Search AI, so I’d like to manage it separately. Additionally, there’s a call center that uses Contact Center in the customer service bot. We can’t create another bot with a new Contact Center because we have staff in the first one and we need to maintain it.
So, how can we create multiple bots, each with its own knowledge base, and connect them to a single Contact Center?
