I have published a channel MS teams from the bot console and the request is set to auto -approved in admin console.
I am unable to see any exchange of message between the bot and channel .
Is there any troubleshooting steps for checking whether the backend either from msteams or kore.ai is getting a hit ?
Let me know the what all details I can provide to better understand the issue if the there is no troubleshooting steps available.
Can you please confirm you have followed all the steps which are mentioned in MS teams channel?
We have several bots on MS Teams channel which are responding as usual. So we can rule out any global issue with the channel.

I got the issue fixed which was due to extra steps to be followed for ms teams configuration for on prem installations .These steps are not there in the documentation.
I request to update the documentation with steps on troubleshooting “exposing webhooks url with https/http forwarding”.
