Maximum Custom Date Period in NLP Metrics

Hey, Kindly help me with these,

  • In the NLP Metrics tab, We have the option to filter the metrics by Date period. We want to know the maximum date period that can be chosen in the custom date period filter for Paid customers.

  • Is it possible to choose the custom date period for 1 year in a single filter selection?

There is no defined maximum date period for filtering metrics. It is possible to select 365 days however, it is not recommended. Considering an active bot, the size of the logs will be huge and the API to retrieve the logs is likely to fail.

The limit is 90 days. There is an open issue currently due to which the date range restriction is not being applied on nlp metrics screen. We are fixing it.
