Hi.,
I have a scenario to connect with LiveAgent when the user need. That part I have done using Intercom.
Once the user connected with agent the conversation between them will be developed. Once the connection is closed means agent closed the connection means it will display the default message to user.
After that I need add one quick reply to user to continue chat or to discard.
The complexity I am facing is I couldn’t add any node after Live agent node. There is no connection tab.
Can you please suggest some way to handle this scenario.

As per the screenshot shared, this is an expected behaviour.
Once the call /chat has been transferred to an agent the flow cannot be redirected back to bot builder again.

Yes I understood . But here once it is back to bot I need to display some quick replies to make a user to select like “Raise Ticket” “Check Ticket status” . How can I do this
Please help me out. Any idea.
