Live agent API not working in BOT SDK

Hi,
While integrating live agent through botkit , the api which is present in botkit for livechat is not working.Is there is updated version for this available.

The APIs from LiveChat had changed and it will take a while for us to change these APIs at botkit. This is also just an example of how Live Chat / Any agent transfer works. Your best bet will be to refer to recent APIs as per Live Chat documentation.

How much time it will take to update the live chat api.
Will you let us provide an example for live agent service now api with kore Botsdk .As we are integrating service now live agent with our kore.ai bot.

Seeing the current bandwidth, It may be picked up by end of Oct 2020.
Not sure if I understood your second question correctly. What we recommend for you is to check the latest API from service now/ whichever third party agent transfer solution you are implementing. If you are already working with Kore professional services team please reach out to the account manager.
