List of Items when selecting an option that's in Knowledge Graph bring the same list again

I have created a Dialog Task with a List of Items(Enumerated). This list contains queries that are defined under Knowledge Graph. When i select the item from the List that’s present in the Knowledge Graph, it shows the answer and again displays the List of Items. Please find the snapshots below:
