We’re writing to inform you about a high-priority security vulnerability fix scheduled for release on our platform this weekend (April 13-14, 2024).
We have to deploy this fix asap considering the impact of the vulnerability.
This fix may have a minor impact on the Natural Language Processing (NLP) functionality of standard network bots for users with Spanish or Dutch language bots.
In rare cases, few utterances might not be correctly identified by the bot’s intent.
If you come across any such issue, we recommend retraining and republishing your bots if you utilize Spanish or Dutch language.
