In Kore Speech Recognition is working partially, it is able to recognize some words but not all the words.
Is there any configuration or tuning needs to be done to work properly.

Kore.ai speech engine has benchmark tests done where the results on error rate against NIST benchmark data set is well within 8.0 and compares well against other industry benchmarks. We do support customization or tuning the speech engine but only for enterprise customers.
We have some known recognition issues with Indian accent, and hence for wider accent support and additional language support, we have partnered with industry leading companies that have speech recognition engine and text to speech capabilities.
