Hi we were doing updates on ending dialog task then we found an issue, the past monitoring data becomes unreadable and broken. I think the string are changed to its Id rather than the name of the node (attached image).
- Why this is happening?
- How to fix and get the data from before improvement?
also, because our current monitoring dashboard is broken, is it possible to get the nodeId granularity response from API? from our current Webhook V2 API response we only get dialogtask level granularity and it does not give any insight for us.
