Kore.ai Testsuite error "Test case can not be created as there are two or more consecutive user messages in the conversation"

Hello,

While creating testsuite using Record option, Validate Test suite gives below error.

“Test case can not be created as there are two or more consecutive user messages in the conversation”

Flow where I am trying to create test suite is with “Create Incident” pre-defined flow for ServiceNow.

Any pointers will be helpful.

Had the same error, I think for some reason, you can’t have 2 consecutive responses from the user, like user enters one utterance, it should be followed up by a bot response or else you get the error…
So, write/record the testcases in such a way that there are no consecutive messages from the user… Hope this helps :slight_smile:
