Kore.ai Forms Issue

Hi!

I have an issue with the forms in two bots.

I’ve been trying to insert a form to log in with an API. The form is correctly constructed, but it doesn’t work, the form finishes the flow before entering the API. I have made export to upload in another instance and the same bot is functioning with the form correctly with the same parameters.

Do you think that maybe this is a bug from Kore.ai platform?

Can you please share some more details on how you are using the form for login? The forms are made to collect information from the users. It is not primarily meant for login etc. So, unless you share some more details we are not able to understand how to guide you further or how to even triage this.
