Can someone please confirm to me the training that happens on Knowledge Graph engine is supervised learning or unsupervised learning? Does it predict intent (matched intent) with a probability score like Machine Learning engine on KORE?

For KG, if you opt for the LLM-based Few-Shot Knowledge Graph, this requires no ontology and reduces maintenance and training requirements.

Hi Srujan

We are not using LLM based few shot knowledge graph. Its a simple utterance and expected intent data that is used to train the bot. We dont change anybof the default settings on KORE.
Is this supervised learning in KGE?
