Hi Srujan,
Thank you for the input but I am trying the record option in the IVR, I am seeing the option in the entity node for recording and I made call I was able to hear the welcome message( ELIG_WelcomeMessage_MSG_ITS) but not sure the call was recorded. can you please let me know where can we check?
