IVR Integration Settings

I tried to setup IVR in my bot. I have configured the settings as below.

But when I tried calling the Bot it is saying “Number does not exist”.

ivr_setting_1 ivr_setting_2 ivr_setting_3 ivr_configurations

Please confirm if you have followed all the steps recommended in our documentation such as setting up the " Telephony Welcome Event for IVR Settings." and all the mandatory configuration for IVR Sandbox.

Save the configuration clearly and test once more. Let us know if the issue persists.
