IVR error debugging

Hi all,

I’ve published the Kore.ai bot using IVR. When testing, I’m entering both pin and secret to talk to IVR, but it just answers with “A serious error has occurred, existing”. Is there any way to understand what this error is and debug it? FYI - the web/chat client is working properly
