I’m facing issues with integrating Voximal with my bot. I have followed the IVR integration steps from this document: https://developer.kore.ai/docs/bots/advanced-topics/ivr-integration/ivr-integration/.
The Voximal instance is initially able to connect to the bot and transfer me to the right dialog task but after that it’s not able to recognize or pick up anything I say. Could you please help me with this.
