Issue with DTMF Input

Hi,

I am facing issue when a user enter a date followed by pound(#) key, the next entity play both the actual Prompt and No match Prompt. Could any one please provide a solution for this.

For the entity after the date, I would recommend you try changing the extraction setting to ignore previous input and explicitly prompt the user for input.

In this configuration, the “#” entered in the previous node will be ignored by the following entity.
