We have a free subscription account with Kore.ai where we’ve configured a bot tailored to our specific use case. After entering the bot ID, client ID, and client secret from Kore.ai into the Soul Machine Kore.ai configuration page under the “Conversation” option and deploying the bot, we’re encountering a lack of response from the bot. We’re unsure if this is due to limitations associated with the free version of Kore.ai.
