Is there a way we can cascade a particular message specific number of users using the chatbot via Messenger?

I was wondering and planning if kore.ai is able to:

  • send messages to specific Facebook messenger user who have previously talked to the bot or;
  • cascade messages to all users who have previously/have existing chat history with the chatbot.

Hi @marck.abias,

Currently, there is no configuration available to proactively send a message to the user through Bot.
The bot can start a conversation only when the user opens the chat window.

We have this feature in our road map and would be taken up as per the engineering feasibility.
