Is Sentiment Management will work on FAQs Questions

We have a FAQ bot that has more than 500 Primary questions and 1500 alternate questions. One of our client asked to implement the “Sentiment Management” for FAQ.

Example: If user asks an resignation FAQ “I like to resign my job”. After providing the FAQ answer. Bot needs to perform Sentiment Management and ask in Sad face to the user.

How can i acheive that in FAQs bot that contains only FAQs.

Currently, Sentiment management will not work for FAQ’s. However, tonal Analysis will be done for any utterance user enters. Example,
