I wonder. Is it possible to view or download the data entered into the DB from the Kore.ai XO product as in Custom Dashboard?

I already know that CSV download is possible from custom dashboard.
What I want is to be able to display and download data from Kore.ai DB in a custom dashboard.

There is no provision to directly display data from data-table/data-base of bots platform.
We can access the conversation related data which falls in the below illustrated metrics.

Thank you for solving my curiosity.
I was wondering if there was a feature I wasn’t checking or finding.

I provided this issue to the customer using the message node report function.
If a customer needs more functionality than message node report, they should use Excel receiving using API.
