Is it possible to transfer a call from VA to different numbers using SIP Transfer or Custom Phone Number options in XO-11?

Hi team,

We are building a voice bot for a client. The requirement is to transfer the call to different numbers based on the question a customer asked.
Ex: If a customer has a complaint transfer the call to xxxx-xxx-xx01
If customer has question about website transfer the call to xxxx-xxx-xx02

Is it possible to achieve the above functionality using SIP transfer or Custom Phone Number in XO-11 platform?
