I have chat history with users (multiple). is it possible to populate chat history in bot window once i am clicking on any of the chat (similar like whatsapp).
Sample Chat
Agent: Hello, how may I help you today?
Client: Hello, I need to apply for a car loan. Does this bank provide car loans for its customers?
Agent: Yes sir. Absolutely. I’ll do my best to assist you. Can you please provide me with your name and contact information?
Client: Sure, my name is Steve Smith, and you can reach me at 525-874-9045 and steve.smith@gmail.com.
This above chat i want to pupulate in bot window .
Note : I am as agent and i have list of chats to expand
