Is there any metric in Kore.ai that measures the quality of a user’s audio?
For example: if there is a lot of ambient noise, if the user is inaudible, or the sound is too low, or there is interference in the audio, etc.
This is an important metric when determining why the AV can’t identify what the user is saying.

At this moment, Kore.ai doesn’t provide specific metrics to directly measure the audio quality of the user’s input (like background noise, volume levels, or clarity). The quality of the audio can be affected by several factors, In cases where the audio quality is fine on the user’s end, it’s possible that network issues may prevent the agent or system from hearing the user properly, leading to recognition problems. Unfortunately, this isn’t something Kore.ai currently tracks, but monitoring the network quality at the user’s end themselves may help address these issues.
