Is HRAssist bot capable of push notifications to employees? For instance, if our Benefits team wanted to announce to our employee base that Benefits Open Enrollment was now live, the HR Assist bot could be “trained” to send a push message in MS TEAMs such as, “Hey USER, did you hear Benefits Open Enrollment is now live? Be sure to enroll before DATE.”
I should note this wouldn’t be a one and done need. Ultimately, need the ability for business users to easily interface with the bot to provide push msg details (content, dates, etc.), then the bot execute the push notification based on the details entered.
