Is it possible to design knowledge base to have different answers depending on collected entity?
For example, a user asks a question about how to restart their computer; we ask them to select OS, and then show the response depending on the selected entity? - so we interrupted the FAQ with entity collection but upon collecting we continued with the answer?

Thank you, I got another suggestion to use Search Assist to query the data using the collected entity. Is there any documentation that I could use to pass the entity collected in bot to search assist FÂQ and search the conditionals in the questions?
