Team, I wanted to know if it is possible to direct the bot to a specific intention (greeting for example) with any interaction, word, emoji or greeting that the user says.

Thanks for your prompt response, I think I did not know how to explain, I have a bot for the WhatsApp channel and I need the bot to be activated and show me a main menu with any interaction made by the user, even if your first message is a greeting or an emoji for example.
