Intent detection failure

Hi Team, BOT is failing in detecting the intent. The dialog tasks are published and are also being used by experience flows in smart assist. I have attached the screenshots.

Note: It was working fine, but from last 30 minutes facing the issue while testing it from both XO platform and also through voice calls in SA.

I could find the reason behind this behaviuor. I realized that those tasks which are configured to get transferred to agent in SA cannot be tested through web hook in the XO platform. I just want confirmation if my understanding is correct ?

Have you fixed that? I have the same problem. How to fix that issue?
