Integration with Genesys Cloud

Hi,

Is it possible to integrate Kore.ai virtual assistant bot with Genesys Cloud for conversational IVR?
If yes, please provide the steps of approach or documentation for the same.

Within builder, you will also find the steps shown at the channel screen when IVR channel is selected.
