Integrating with third party transcription services, eg. AWS Transcribe or OpenAI Whisper

How can we connect a virtual assistant to a service such as AWS Transcribe or OpenAI Whisper to handle Voice-to-Text and Text-to-Voice conversions? Since these services don’t have pre-made integrations, my understanding is that we’d need to use Webhooks to connect Kore to the service. Are there any examples I can look at for AWS Transcribe or OpenAI Whisper?
