I have a chatbot built using rasa. How can I integrate SmartAssist results with external bot platforms ?

Can you let us know the intention behind integrating Rasa chatbots with SmartAssist?

SmartAssist Agent desktop platform along with multiple features and configurations and AgentAssist is integrated within the Agent console.

If you are integrating the third-party bots, as of now would not be able to connect to your third-party bots by default.
