Integrate Kore.ai to SharePoint/OneDrive

Hi Team,
I am trying to integrate SharePoint /OneDrive to Kore.ai. So that User can upload document from the chat to SharePoint/OneDrive and download it when ever required.
How do I achieve this? Please Help.

Hi Meem,

Kore.ai supports integration with external API’s .
If you have APIs exposed from SharePoint / OneDrive, you can integrate the API’s through service node.
