Submitting a New Feature / Enhancement / Idea.
For Users who have already registered at Kore.ai.
- Navigate to https://bots.kore.ai/
- Login with your registered email ID.
- Click on “Help” and New Panel Appears on the right side.
- Select “Submit a Request” and you will be redirected to the Portal.
Are you a New User ?
- Navigate to https://kore.canny.io/
- Get yourself registered with your official Email ID
Click on Virtual Assistants and the Form appears on your screen.
Please fill in all the details and Click on CREATE POST.
Note:
Make Sure Your Idea Isn’t Already in the Product
- Your idea might already be incorporated into our products.
- Please utilize the search bar on the Portal, Community page to explore our documentation and articles beforehand to confirm that your idea is not already present.
Voting on Ideas
- Users are granted a single vote per idea, and once cast, votes cannot be altered.
- Please take note that you need to be logged into the Portal in order to participate in voting, commenting on, and creating ideas
- We highly encourage you to provide comments on ideas, as this helps our product team gain a precise understanding of your vision for the feature.
Pro tip:
- Ensure that your description is as detailed as possible.
- Include the product name, the version you are using, and any use cases that can help our product team fully grasp your request.
- You can also include as many screenshots as needed within the description.
- You are allowed to attach a single file to your idea.
Note:
- Once ideas are posted, they cannot be edited.
- If you need to make any adjustments or provide further details, use the comments section below the idea to elaborate.
