I am working on devops solution for Kore AI in our company and facing issue while importing bot as new bot as it keeps saying tht bot icon is required field for new bot but its not required filed for existing bot.
how do I import my bot if i dont have any bot icon

Hi Devesh,
As responded over the email, When you are importing the bot in bot builder, if you don’t upload the bot icon, the platform will set a default bot icon which you cannot delete.
If you are importing with the API it’s mandatory that you provide the icon as a default icon cannot be set through API call automatically.
