As previously shared through email and in-product notifications, we’d like to remind you about an upcoming change to the SearchAssist platform.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience, we are consolidating our capabilities into Search AI, our next-generation search platform. Search AI is designed to ingest content from multiple sources and deliver intelligent, context-aware responses, enabling faster, more accurate decision-making across your organization.
Starting October 1, 2025, SearchAssist will no longer support the creation of new apps. Existing apps will remain fully functional; you can continue to view, edit, and manage them as usual.
For all new app creation, please use SearchAI, our upgraded platform designed to deliver enhanced capabilities and long-term support.
What’s Changing?
- Effective October 1, 2025: You will no longer be able to create new apps in SearchAssist.
- Existing apps: Your current apps in SearchAssist will remain fully functional. You can continue to view, edit, and manage them as usual.
