Important Notice: Twilio API Number Selection Issue

 Dear valued users,

Today, we’ve encountered an issue with our number purchasing process related to the recent changes in the Twilio API.

Currently, when attempting to acquire a number, only a single number is being displayed by default for the United States.

Issue Details:
Upon investigation, we found that this anomaly is a result of a Twilio API change, causing it to return only one number by default for the United States.

Rest assured, we have already raised a ticket with Twilio support to address this matter promptly.

:arrows_counterclockwise: Workaround:
In the meantime, we’ve identified a workaround to ensure you get the desired numbers.

By selecting a specific state during the number selection process, the system will return the full range of available numbers for that state.

:pushpin:Action Required:
We kindly request all users to take a moment and select the relevant state when purchasing a number to avoid any inconvenience caused by this temporary issue.

:wrench: Upcoming Patch:
To provide a seamless experience, our development team is actively working on an upcoming patch.
In this patch, we will automatically select a state by default during the number acquisition process.
This measure is being implemented to mitigate any potential delays in Twilio resolving the issue.

We will keep you updated on any developments and notify you once the issue is fully addressed.
