If you are currently using the AudioCodes voice channel, Please note it is scheduled to be shut down by the end of July 2025. To ensure continued, uninterrupted service, we strongly recommend that you migrate to our in-house voice channel – the Kore Voice Gateway (KVG) – at the earliest.
