I want Tips on Using AI to Improve Customer Service

Hey everyone,

I have been exploring AI & I got interested in how it can actually make customer service smoother and more efficient. I keep reading about AI chatbots virtual assistants and automated workflows but I am not sure where to start or what works best in real life.

I want to know from people who have already implemented AI in their service processes What tools or platforms have you found most effective Did you face any big challenges during setup or training .I have also been considering Generative AI Training to better understand how to create smarter responses & personalize interactions but I want to know if it is really worth the investment.

Also if there are any common mistakes to avoid when adopting AI for service. I want to hear them I feel such as learning from actual experiences would save a lot of trial and error for those of us just starting out.
